The material of ordinary valve rubber is nitrile rubber, but polyurethane rubber can also be used to increase the working temperature range of the rubber.   Scope of application: High pressure and high temperature series mud pumps F-1600HL, F-2000HL, and use in complex situations, with good sulfur corrosion resistance. Use a pump pressure of ≥ 35Mpa and adapt to high temperatures up to 260 ° C? C， The usage time can reach 450H.

  When installing the valve body rubber, pay attention to the direction. The rubber should be 1.5mm higher than the metal surface. The valve seat should be wiped clean to ensure that there are no gravel and the seal is intact.
